Im Ertragsmanagement und in der Fakturierung stellen wir sicher, dass ambulante und stationäre Spitalleistungen korrekt abgerechnet werden. Dabei beschäftigen wir uns mit Tarifen wie TARDOC, ambulanten Pauschalen und SwissDRG und bearbeiten anspruchsvolle Rechnungsrückweisungen.

Du arbeitest gerne genau, suchst nach cleveren Lösungen und möchtest dafür sorgen, dass unsere Spitalleistungen korrekt abgerechnet werden? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du verwaltest Patientendaten im SAP IS-H und verbuchst Leistungen via Rechnungsworkflow auf ambulante Fälle
  • Du kontrollierst und fakturierst ambulante und stationäre Leistungen tariflich korrekt und bearbeitest Rechnungsrückweisungen
  • Du übernimmst interne und externe, telefonische sowie schriftliche Abklärungen und erstellst Kostenvoranschläge für Wahloperationen und Eingriffe
  • Du bearbeitest MCD-Anfragen und Spezialfälle und kommunizierst selbständig mit Versicherungen und Amtsstellen
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder eine abgeschlossene medizinische Grundausbildung
  • Gute Excel Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung in SAP-R/3, Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Berufserfahrung in der Fakturierung oder Ertragsmanagement, vorzugsweise im Spitalumfeld oder Gesundheitswesen
  • Eine belastbare, flexible und selbstständige Persönlichkeit, die genau und selbstständig arbeitet
