Unser Empfang und die Patientenaufnahme bilden eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten, für Angehörige und Besucher:innen. Unser eingespieltes Team unterstützt sich gegenseitig und setzt sich gemeinsam dafür ein, unseren Patientinnen und Patienten einen reibungslosen Ablauf sowohl im ambulanten als auch im stationären Bereich zu ermöglichen.

Bist du eine aufgestellte Persönlichkeit und hast organisatorisches Geschick? Perfekt, dann gehörst du zu uns!

Das bringst du mit ##

* * Du erteilst kompetent Auskunft bei internen und externen Anfragen * Du erfasst und pflegst Patientenstammdaten in den Systemen und stehst im Austausch mit Krankenkassen und Versicherungen * Du nimmst geplante und Notfalleintritte auf und koordinierst diese mit den entsprechenden Stellen

* * Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder eine abgeschlossene medizinische Grundausbildung * Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung in SAP-R/3, Italienisch- und Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus * Eine zuverlässige, offene Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie Bereitschaft zu Wochenendeinsätzen und unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten
