Unsere interdisziplinäre 6-Betten-Intermediate Care Station am Standort Walenstadt betreut Patientinnen und Patienten aus medizinischen und operativen Fachbereichen. Als Teamleiter:in bist du fest im klinischen Alltag verankert, arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen und übernimmst gleichzeitig Verantwortung für die Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams.

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du arbeitest aktiv im klinischen Alltag mit, unterstützt dein Team in komplexen Pflegesituationen und leitest Teamsitzungen
  • Du führst das Pflegeteam der IMC, begleitest die fachliche und persönliche Entwicklung, führst Mitarbeitendengespräche und -beurteilungen durch und unterstützt bei der Rekrutierung
  • Du wirkst bei interdisziplinären und interprofessionellen Aufgaben und Projekten mit und verantwortest die Dienstplanung der IMC Walenstadt
  • Als Teil des pflegerischen Führungsteams nimmst du an der Kaderkonferenz Intensivmedizin in Chur teil und übernimmst daraus resultierende Aufgaben
  • Ein Diplom als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH, ein IMC-Zertifikat sowie mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Führungskompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und idealerweise einen abgeschlossenen CAS Leadership oder die Bereitschaft, diesen zu absolvieren
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie klare Kommunikation und ausgeprägte Fach- und Sozialkompetenz
