Deine Aufgaben und Perspektiven ##

  • Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen & Systemen im Bereich HLK
  • Vielseitige Kundenbetreuung: Vom professionellen Benutzersupport bis zur komplexen interdisziplinären Anlagenparametrisierung
  • Kompetentes und zuvorkommendes Beraten unserer Kunden
  • Mitarbeit bei Projekten und Beschaffung neuer Anlagen und Systeme
  • Mitarbeit in einer Pikettorganisation (7/24) und in einem Störungsdienst über sämtliche gebäude- und betriebstechnischen Anlagen & Systeme

Was du für diese Stelle mitbringst ##

  • Technische Grundausbildung mit Spezialisierungen in der Gebäudetechnik (HLK)
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung und Fachkenntnisse in der Instandhaltung und Instandsetzung von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen und Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte methodische Fähigkeiten im Erarbeiten von Lösungen und in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • IT-Anwenderkenntnisse für die Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Reparaturen und Wartungen (MS-Office, Outlook, FM-Tools)
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
  • Wohnort im Umkreis von max. 20 Minuten Fahrtweg (Pikettdienst)
