NOTARISKANTOOR ZOEKT ENTHOUSIAST ONTHAALZONNETJE

Wat fijn dat je interesse hebt in onze vacature, welkom in de wereld van het notariaat!

Het notariaat is al lang niet meer dat stoffige kantoor met mensen verstopt achter stapels oud papier. Ok, toegegeven, misschien zijn die stapels papier nog wel een dingetje, MAAR we werken eraan.

Werken in het notariaat betekent mensen bijstaan in de grote beslissingen van het leven. Dit in zowel de mooie als de moeilijke momenten. Denk maar aan de aankoop van een huis/appartement, een huwelijk of de opstart van een nieuwe vennootschap, maar ook het opstellen van een zorgvolmacht, het schrijven van een testament of de aangifte van een nalatenschap.

De notaris luistert, interpreteert, onderzoekt en adviseert de mensen zodat er goede beslissingen kunnen genomen worden. Maar zij is natuurlijk niet alleen; achter haar staat een solide team dat mee alles in het werk stelt om het kantoor op volle toeren te laten draaien. Ons team bestaat momenteel uit één ijzersterke notaris, drie bollebozen van juristen, drie vinnige admins en een formidabele post-akte medewerker.

Wij zijn een jong, dynamisch, maar vooral zéér enthousiast notariskantoor dat op zoek is naar broodnodige versterking. Wij zoeken nog een vrolijke machinist om mee op onze aktentrein te springen en ons mee te begeleiden naar de volgende stations.

Wij zoeken een onthaalzonnetje dat energie haalt uit het soigneren van de cliënten. Jij bent het eerste gezicht dat de mensen zullen zien, dus een vrolijke, positieve uitstraling is een MUST. Geen zorgen, het enthousiasme van de reeds aanwezige medewerkers werkt aanstekelijk ??

Verder zal de telefonie ook bij je takenpakket horen alsook het instaan voor orde & het verzorgd voorkomen van ons kantoor. Wij zoeken een echte ‘people person’ die energie haalt uit het helpen van mensen met vragen bezorgdheden en de cliënten doorverwijst naar de juiste persoon op het kantoor. Ten slotte rekenen we ook op jou als ondersteuning in administratieve taken van zowel de notaris als jouw collega’s. Uiteraard zal je worden opgeleid zodat je deze functie in no-time onder de knie hebt.

Ons zéér lichtrijk kantoor is gelegen in het bruisende hart van Antwerpen Zuid, dus altijd leven in de brouwerij! We zijn ook goed bereikbaar per vélo (station voor de deur), auto, tram (halte voor de deur) en trein.
