Vi söker nu dig som vill arbeta som inhoppare vid behov och stärka vårt team under perioder med högre bemanning eller när ordinarie personal är frånvarande. Som inhoppare får du möjlighet att arbeta i en inspirerande butiksmiljö där kunden alltid står i fokus.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av försäljning eller service sedan tidigare, men det viktigaste för oss är att du har ett positivt bemötande, engagemang och en vilja att ge varje kund en riktigt bra upplevelse.

Som säljare i en av våra butiker ser du till att ett besök hos oss känns välkomnande, tryggt och inspirerande. En plats dit man gärna kommer tillbaka igen. Med ett varmt bemötande och god initiativförmåga guidar du kunden till långlivade köp och erbjuder en unik kundupplevelse. Målet är att lyssna, känna in och hjälpa dem hitta det där nya favoritplagget som kan användas om och om igen.

Kanske har du tidigare jobbat inom service, eller har ett stort intresse av mode och kläder. Du trivs med att jobba i team med härliga kollegor och att stötta andra för att tillsammans nå uppsatta försäljningsmål.

Kvalifikationer

Vem är du?

  • Social, utåtriktad och älskar mötet med människor.
  • Brinner för sälj och service och vill ge kunden den bästa shoppingupplevelsen.
  • Älskar att jobba i team och samarbeta med andra för att nå mål.
  • Har stor initiativförmåga och tar ansvar i ditt arbete.
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift. Andra språkkunskaper ses som en fördel.
  • Tidigare erfarenhet inom detaljhandeln eller service.
