At Kapture CX, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager – AI Delivery to join our AI Delivery team.

Who are we?

Kapture CX is building the agentic platform for CX. Our AI agents complete customer service, sales, collections and claims work for large enterprises. When a case needs judgement, they hand it to a person with the full context attached. If you've tracked an order, disputed a charge or followed up on a claim in India, there's a good chance Kapture was working behind the scenes.

Founded in Bengaluru in 2014, Kapture has grown to over 400 people and works with more than 1,000 enterprises across 18 countries, including Unilever, Reliance, Tata, Coca-Cola, Bigbasket, Meesho, Lenskart and Airtel Payments Bank. We're headquartered in Bengaluru, with offices in Mumbai, Delhi NCR, the USA and the UAE.

What is this role all about?

As a Senior Project Manager – AI Delivery, you will own some of our most complex and high-impact enterprise AI programs. You’ll be the driving force behind taking LLM-powered chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI solutions from strategy to successful go-live, while ensuring every implementation delivers measurable business value.

You’ll work closely with enterprise customers, CXOs, product, engineering, QA, and AI teams to turn ambitious AI transformation goals into scalable, real-world outcomes.

Here’s a more detailed description of what you will do in this role:

  • You’ll take end-to-end ownership of complex AI and SaaS implementation programs, from kickoff and planning through go-live, adoption, and long-term success.
  • You’ll lead enterprise deployments of LLM-based chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, and intelligent automation solutions, ensuring execution stays aligned to business objectives.
  • You’ll act as a strategic customer-facing leader, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, managing expectations, and driving WBRs, MBRs, and CXO-level reviews.
  • You’ll translate business requirements into structured delivery roadmaps while working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and AI teams to drive execution.
  • You’ll build a culture of ownership and execution by mentoring Project Managers and delivery teams, managing risks proactively, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality.
  • You’ll drive Agile execution through sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and delivery governance, while tracking programs through tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar platforms.
  • You’ll identify delivery risks early, solve complex execution challenges, and ensure critical issues are escalated and resolved with speed and accountability.
  • You’ll continuously focus on adoption, scalability, and measurable business outcomes, going beyond implementation to ensure the AI solution creates lasting value for the customer.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

You’ll know you’re succeeding when complex enterprise AI programs are delivered on time, at scale, and with exceptional quality — while customers see measurable improvements in automation, efficiency, and CX.

You’ll also build trusted CXO relationships and develop a high-performing delivery culture where teams operate with ownership, accountability, and speed.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:

  • You bring 8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3+ years in a senior or team-handling role.
  • You have successfully delivered enterprise-scale, customer-facing SaaS, AI, or technology implementations from inception to go-live.
  • You have hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-powered solutions, such as chatbots, voicebots, conversational AI, or intelligent automation platforms.
  • You are comfortable working in fast-paced SaaS or AI-first environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong delivery standards.
  • You have the confidence and executive presence to engage with senior stakeholders, CXOs, and enterprise customers.

  • You have strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • You have expertise in project planning, scope management, delivery tracking, governance, and execution across complex programs.
  • You understand how LLMs, AI platforms, chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI are applied in live enterprise environments.
  • You are strong at risk identification, structured problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure.
  • You can manage multiple enterprise programs simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail, timelines, and outcomes.
  • You know how to mentor and scale high-performing project and delivery teams.

You will have an advantage if you:

  • You hold certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
  • You have delivered AI-led CX, CRM, conversational AI, or automation-focused enterprise platforms.
  • You are comfortable leading strategic reviews and business discussions with CXOs and senior leadership teams.
  • You bring exposure to pre-sales, solution design, product collaboration, or consulting within AI/SaaS environments.
  • You have experience working across multiple enterprise customers, industries, or geographies in a high-growth technology organization.
