What is this role all about?

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about finding great talent and building high-performing teams.

You will play a key role in driving end-to-end recruitment, partnering with business stakeholders, identifying exceptional talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Here is what you will be doing:

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions, from requirement understanding to offer rollout and successful onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business requirements, define candidate profiles, and align on hiring priorities.
  • Build effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, referrals, job portals, and other innovative channels.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and evaluate profiles based on relevant experience, technical competencies, and role suitability.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and continuous candidate engagement.
  • Manage interview coordination, stakeholder follow-ups, feedback tracking, and candidate communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Drive offer management, compensation discussions, negotiation, and candidate engagement to improve offer-to-joining ratios.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and key recruitment metrics to ensure effective reporting and pipeline management.

  • Delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Improving hiring efficiency through effective sourcing strategies and proactive pipeline management.

What would make you a good fit?

Basic Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Exposure to hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle, candidate assessment, and offer management.

Most Critical Skills:

  • Strong sourcing and candidate identification skills.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Advantage if you have:

  • Experience working in a SaaS, IT, or product-based organization.
  • Exposure to hiring for Engineering, Product, AI/ML, Sales, and Customer Success roles.
  • Experience in talent mapping, niche hiring, and proactive headhunting.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and hiring analytics.
