A KAREN FERNANDA MACHADO FERREIRA SERVICOS MEDICOS busca uma pessoa para atuar na recepção e no suporte administrativo de consultório médico, oferecendo um atendimento atencioso e organizado aos pacientes.

A posição é presencial, em Adrianópolis, Manaus/AM, com contratação CLT.

Principais responsabilidades

Receber os pacientes no consultório, dar boas-vindas e oferecer café, chá ou água durante a espera. Atender pacientes pelo WhatsApp Web, responder dúvidas e realizar marcações, remarcações e confirmações de consultas e pagamentos. Registrar informações na agenda do consultório e na planilha do dia, conferindo nomes, horários e valores. Manter uma comunicação clara, cordial e ágil com os pacientes. Tratar informações pessoais e relacionadas aos pacientes com discrição e sigilo.

Jornada de trabalho

Segundas à quinta das 7h50 às 12h00 e das 13h50 às 18h05. Sextas das 7h50 às 12h00 e das 13:50 às 18h00.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos obrigatórios

Ensino médio completo. Disponibilidade para cumprir o horário informado, com chegada às 7h30. Conhecimentos de informática para utilizar WhatsApp Web, planilhas e sistemas simples. Boa comunicação escrita, com mensagens claras e cuidado com a ortografia.

Qualificações desejáveis

Experiência como recepcionista ou secretária em consultório ou clínica. Vivência com atendimento ao público e atendimento por WhatsApp. Familiaridade com sistemas de agenda médica.

Competências importantes

Educação, calma e paciência no contato com pacientes, inclusive em situações de ansiedade. Organização e atenção a detalhes como nomes, horários e valores. Pontualidade, responsabilidade e agilidade nas respostas. Discrição e compromisso com o sigilo das informações dos pacientes. Iniciativa para resolver demandas dentro de sua alçada e postura profissional no atendimento.Informações adicionaisSalário de R$ 1.621,00. Prêmio assiduidade de R$ 200,00 por mês. Vale-refeição de R$ 20,00 por dia trabalhado (cerca de R$ 340,00 por mês). Vale-transporte. Remuneração e benefícios informados totalizam aproximadamente R$ 2.160,00 por mês, além do vale-transporte.
