The posting

Kargo creates powerful moments of connection between brands and consumers to build businesses. Every day, our dynamic teams work to radically raise the bar on what agentic AI, CTV, eCommerce, social, and mobile can do to deliver unique ad experiences across the world’s most premium platforms. Taking a Creative Science approach to all we do, we continuously innovate solutions that outperform industry benchmarks and client expectations. Kargo is growing rapidly and currently has offices in NYC, Chicago, LA, Dallas, Sydney, Auckland, London and Waterford, Ireland.

Who We Hire

Techies who want to build the future. Creatives who want to design it better. Communicators to win business. Collaborators to build it. Data pros who turn numbers into insights. Product builders who turn ideas into innovations. Anyone eager to be on a team that doesn’t stop to ask what’s next, because they’re already building it.

The Opportunity

Kargo is hiring an Associate Manager, Global Experiences to turn our events and experiential programs into reliable engines for brand visibility and sales pipeline. This role owns end-to-end execution of corporate events, conference sponsorships, and regional customer engagement—translating commercial objectives into well-run, on-brand experiences across national and global markets.

The Daily To-Do

  • Execute a full slate of events and activations on time and to spec—treating every event as yours to land and tracking details to completion without being chased
  • Build and hold to budgets, timelines, and RSVP/guest logistics across concurrent programs, delivering accurate periodic reporting and documented cost savings
  • Source vendors and negotiate contracts covering venue, catering, décor, AV, entertainment, and transportation—building a reliable vendor network that improves value year over year
  • Drive measurable sales engagement from events, including target attendee turnout, qualified introductions, and follow-up handoffs the sales team can act on
  • Maintain a repeatable project-management cadence—timelines, status updates, RSVP and inventory tracking—that gives stakeholders predictable visibility into every program
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, creative, and external vendors, translating team leads' objectives into concrete activations that move the commercial needle
  • Stay composed and decisive during live events, finding practical, imaginative solutions when venues, timelines, or vendors shift unexpectedly

Qualifications

  • 2+ years planning and executing corporate events, sponsorships, or experiential programs end to end
  • Strong event project management skills: building and holding to budgets, timelines, and RSVP/guest logistics across concurrent programs
  • Vendor sourcing and contract negotiation experience covering venue, catering, décor, AV, entertainment, and transportation
  • Clear written and verbal communication for coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Sharp attention to detail across event logistics, promotional materials, and swag/inventory management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for budgets, reporting, and decks; flexibility to work evenings and weekends when programs demand it
  • Preferred: experience supporting trade show sponsorships and speakership deliverables, and familiarity partnering with creative/branding teams on event collateral and invitations

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
