Kućni majstor (m/ž)

O NAMA

Hotelska grupacija Jadran d.d. sa sjedištem u Crikvenici, jedna je od predvodnika turističkog poslovanja na Jadranu.

Grupa trenutno djeluje na četiri destinacije te u svom portfoliju ima 15 hotela i 3 turistička naselja koji raspolažu s preko 1.600 smještajnih jedinica te preko 500 parcela u kampovima.

UVJETI:

  • KVSSS/KV/VKV – tehnički, strojarski ili drugi odgovarajući smjer
  • položen ispit za rukovođenje kotlovnicom, UNP spremnicima, položen ispit B kategorije
  • organizacijske vještine
  • ažurnost i preciznost u rad

ODGOVORNOSTI:

  • obavlja poslove na pripremi objekata za sezonu i zatvaranju objekta nakon sezone
  • vrši popravke instaliranja i montaže opreme iz svog djelokruga rada
  • izvodi prema potrebama ili prema planu sve radove iz soboslikarske-ličilačke struke
  • vodi računa o redovitim servisima, atestima i sl.
  • dužan je kontrolirati i očitavati strujomjere, vodomjere i voditi knjigu o utrošku struje i vode
  • brine o urednom čišćenju kotlova i godišnjem održavanju postrojenja i instalacija
  • održava i vodi brigu o normalnom funkcioniranju vodovodnih instalacija, tople i hladne vode i o kanalizaciji
  • upravlja motornim vozilom, na osnovi putnog naloga, te pomaže kod utovara i istovara robe i materijala
  • popravlja sitne kvarove na inventaru PC-a u sklopu njegovog obrazovanja i znanja
