Pagrindinės atsakomybės:

  • Atliksi bendrosios (bendrųjų statybos darbų) statinio statybos techninės priežiūros vadovo (-ės) funkcijas;
  • Užtikrinsi, kad darbai būtų atliekami kokybiškai ir pagal technologiją, fiksuosi neatitikimus;
  • Tikrinsi naudojamų statybos produktų ir įrenginių kokybę;
  • Derinsi techninius klausimus su užsakovu ir rangovais;
  • Koordinuosi statybos užbaigimo procedūras;
  • Padėsi rengti technines specifikacijas ir kitus dokumentus viešiesiems pirkimams.

Tikimės, kad Tu:

  • Turi aukštąjį universitetinį inžinerinį išsilavinimą;
  • Esi sukaupusi (-ęs) bent 3 metų patirtį valdant statybos projektus;
  • Turi galiojantį kvalifikacijos atestatą, suteikiantį teisę vykdyti ypatingojo statinio statybos techninę priežiūrą, įskaitant atestatą kultūros paveldo teritorijoje;
  • Puikiai supranti techninius brėžinius, sistemas ir darbų technologiją;
  • Esi atsakinga (-as), kruopšti (-i) asmenybė ir gebi argumentuotai komunikuoti su visomis projekto šalimis;
  • Gebi savarankiškai priimti sudėtingus spendimus;
  • Sklandžiai kalbi lietuviškai; anglų kalbos mokėjimas – privalumas;
  • Viešųjų pirkimų patirtis būtų didelis privalumas.
  • Esi nepriekaištingos asmeninės ir dalykinės reputacijos.

Atlyginimas

  • Nuo 4000€/mėn. neatskaičius mokesčių.
  • Prie darbo užmokesčio gali būti mokama kintamoji atlygio dalis. Konkretus darbo užmokestis siūlomas atsižvelgiant į darbo patirtį ir kompetenciją. Vilniaus vystymo kompanija, vadovaudamasi Korupcijos prevencijos įstatymo 17 str. 4 dalies 4 ir 5 punktais ir 5 dalimi ir siekdama užtikrinti personalo patikimumą įmonėje, yra patvirtinusi sąrašą pareigybių, į kurias prieš skiriant teikiamas rašytinis prašymas Specialiųjų tyrimų tarnybai (STT) pateikti informaciją apie asmenį. Atsižvelgdami į tai, kad pareigybė, į kurią pretenduojate, patenka į minėtą sąrašą, prieš teikdami jums konkretų darbo pasiūlymą, tačiau iki darbo sutarties sudarymo ir (ar) įsigaliojimo, mes turėsime kreiptis į STT dėl informacijos gavimo.
