Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Bereichs IT Anwendungen
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung und Steuerung des Anwendungsportfolios und der Anwendungsarchitektur
  • Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und wirtschaftlichen Anwendungsbetriebs
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Landschaft und die Eiführung neuer Anwendungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, Prozessverantwortlichen, IT-Teams und externen Partnern
  • Strukturierte Aufnahme, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen der Fachbereiche
  • Planung und Steuerung sowie eigenständige Leitung von Projekten
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Lizenzen, Dienstleister und Softwarehersteller
  • Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, Integration, Informationssicherheit und Compliance
  • Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie Etablierung klarer Prozesse und Verantwortlichkeiten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Management geschäftskritischer Anwendungen und in der Führung von Teams
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projekt- und/oder Prozessmanagement und mindestens 5-jährige praktische Erfahrungen, idealerweise in der Automotive- oder Handelsbranche
  • Erfahrung mit dem ERP-System Infor XPERT sowie proALPHA sind von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken, Entscheidungsstärke und hohe Umsetzungsorientierung
  • Sie sind klar und freundlich in der Kommunikation, wertschätzend im Umgang und Sie haben Lust, Veränderung mitzugestalten
  • Begeisterung für Veränderung, Digitalisierung und neue Technologien
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab
