Avdelningen för gemensam mottagning och gemensamma insatser söker nu behandlare till den gemensamma mottagningen.

Den gemensamma mottagningen består av fyra enheter. Varje enhet leds av en enhetschef och innefattar såväl socialsekreterare som behandlare. Här får du alltså kollegor nära dig, tillgång till stöd när du behöver det och möjlighet att utvecklas i din yrkesroll.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER I tjänsten ingår behandlande och bearbetande samtal enskilt och i grupp.

Vi utgår från en grundsyn där helhets -och familjeperspektiven är betydelsefulla för att nå en förändring. Vi tror på individens egen förmåga och med stöd från sitt nätverk kunna förändra sin situation och arbetar i det med metoden Rådslag.

Tjänsten kommer främst rikta sig mot målgrupperna personer med skadligt bruk och beroende, inklusive deras anhöriga samt personer som antingen utsätts för eller utsätter andra för våld i nära relation.

I arbetet ingår uppsökande verksamhet och rådgivning till personer som tar kontakt med socialtjänsten. Även förebyggande arbete i form av samverkan med andra aktörer så som skola, barnomsorg och region samt att bemanna förvaltningens provtagning tillsammans med dina kollegor.

KVALIFIKATIONER Kompetens

Vi söker dig med examen från universitet eller högskola och som är socionom, socialpedagog eller behandlingspedagog eller har annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig.

Behandlingsarbetet i den gemensamma mottagningen innefattar arbetsuppgifter och möten med både barn och vuxna, och vidareutbildning inom behandlingsarbete är därför meriterande.

Du har lätt för att samarbeta, är flexibel, tydlig, empatisk och lyhörd i relation till dina kollegor och de familjer du möter. Du ser saker ur flera perspektiv och har lätt för att skapa relationer. Uthållighet och förmåga till reflektion är ytterligare egenskaper som arbetsgivaren värdesätter. Du ska kunna arbeta såväl självständigt som i team och vara intresserad av att utveckla verksamheten.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

B-körkort erfordras.
