Deine Rolle bei Karriere Tutor

Als Dozent (w/m/d) für Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung mit DATEV begleitest du unsere Teilnehmenden auf ihrem Weg zum Lernerfolg und vermittelst praxisnah fundiertes Fachwissen in einem modernen Online-Lernumfeld.

So sieht dein Tag bei uns aus

  • Du vermittelst unseren Teilnehmenden die praktischen Grundlagen der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung im Rahmen eines 6-wöchigen Online-Kurses.
  • Du aktualisierst und entwickelst Lehrmaterialien kontinuierlich weiter und gestaltest den didaktischen Ablauf deiner Kurse eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du konzipierst praxisnahe Übungsaufgaben sowie Musterlösungen und unterstützt unsere Teilnehmenden dabei, ihr Wissen nachhaltig zu festigen.
  • Als kompetente und empathische Ansprechperson begleitest du unsere Teilnehmenden – vom Kursstart bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss – und unterstützt sie bei fachlichen sowie organisatorischen Fragen rund um ihren Lernalltag.

Hinweis: Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet – mit der Perspektive auf eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit.

Dein Profil

Das bringst du mit

  • DQR-6-Abschluss im Bereich Buchhaltung, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung sowie fundierte Fachkenntnisse in der Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhaltung
  • Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Empathie und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Verfügbarkeit am Vormittag von Montag bis Freitag

Das wäre ein Plus

  • AEVO-Schein (AdA), Train the Trainer oder eine vergleichbare berufspädagogische Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lexware
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Schulungen oder Lehrveranstaltungen
