Bij KARUS werken we samen aan een warme, professionele en toonaangevende geestelijke gezondheidszorg. Vanuit onze missie – passende zorg op weg naar herstel voor mensen met psychische moeilijkheden en hun omgeving – maken we samen het verschil. Met een breed aanbod in de Gentse regio beschikt KARUS over 635 bedden en plaatsen. In ons ziekenhuis bieden we (hoog)gespecialiseerde behandelingen via een multidisciplinaire aanpak, zowel residentieel als mobiel. Daarnaast voorzien we ook een ondersteunend aanbod op het vlak van wonen en welzijn. Zo’n 850 medewerkers, artsen en vrijwilligers zetten zich dagelijks in, gedreven door onze waarden samen, open en zorgzaam. Om de Voedingsdienst te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een cafetariamedewerker

Jouw functie

Jouw takenpakket bestaat uit (maar is niet gelimiteerd tot):

  • Organiseren op basis van afspraken van de dienst:Klaarzetten en opruimen buffet Bediening van de maaltijden en controle betalingen Aanvullen en opvolgen automaten en winkeltje Onderhoud cafetaria en afwas Dagelijkse en periodieke reiniging van gebruikte materialen, toestellen en keukeninrichting Praktische richtlijnen HACCP opvolgen
  • Samenwerken:Actief deelnemen aan overleg In dialoog gaan met collega’s binnen en buiten de eigen dienst
  • Deelnemen aan de geldende personeelsafspraken:Opvolgen geldende personeelsafspraken Mee vorm geven aan de waarden van KARUS
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis HACCP
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en zelfkritisch
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en efficiënt
  • Je bent klantgericht
  • Je voelt je thuis in een waardengerichte organisatie
  • Je bent bereid te werken op onze verschillende locaties (Gent, Merelbeke-Melle)
  • Je bent bereid om 1 weekend op 4 te werken
  • Je begrijpt de Nederlandse taal en kan dit vlot spreken en lezen
