  • Business Requirements and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for new features, enhancements, and system improvements.
  • Functional Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the functional SME for core Supply Chain processes and their integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements into functional designs, technical user stories, configurations, and integration requirements in collaboration with engineering teams.
  • Backlog and Roadmap Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring initiatives align with corporate strategy, business priorities, and operational objectives.
  • Process Optimization and Automation: Drive process standardization, system automation, quality assurance, and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oracle SCM Implementation and Support: Lead functional design, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support for Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications.
  • Integration and Data Governance: Oversee enterprise integrations, inbound and outbound interfaces, master data management, data migration, and data governance across connected systems.
  • Testing and Release Management: Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production support.
  • Change Management: Partner with business leaders to prepare change management documentation and support the successful adoption of system enhancements and releases.
  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Support application migrations, system integrations, and process harmonization arising from mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
  • Stakeholder and Global Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, engineering teams, implementation partners, and regional teams across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas to deliver global solutions.
  • Strategic Leadership: Contribute to system architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and business process governance while maintaining a strong customer-centric approach.

Required Qualification

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM functional roles, with strong hands-on expertise in Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Functional SME, Product Owner, Product Analyst, or in an equivalent role.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, and cost accounting processes.
  • Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, including configuration, functional design, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Experience delivering at least one to two large-scale, complex, end-to-end Oracle ERP/SCM implementations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle SCM integration with Financials, including Inventory/Cost Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise integrations, inbound/outbound interfaces, master data management, and data migration.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs, system configurations, integration requirements, and user stories using standard Oracle functionality and best practices.
  • Experience leading SIT, end-to-end testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead solution discussions and influence business leaders, engineering teams, and implementation partners.
  • Demonstrated ownership, execution, and accountability in driving projects from requirements gathering through production deployment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working independently in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with enterprise applications and integrations involving Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, Microsoft technologies, GetPaid, and ShipConsole.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and corporate/business information systems.
  • Experience driving global process standardization, data governance, and system automation across multiple business functions.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
