Haluatko olla mukana rakentamassa asiakkaidemme unelmien koteja? Haemme toistaiseksi voimassa olevaan työsuhteeseen työpäällikköä Lohjan alueelle johtamaan alueemme pientalotuotantoa.

Työpäällikkönä vastaat alueesi asennustoiminnasta ja pientaloprojektien rakentamisen kokonaisuudesta työmaiden aloituksesta aina vuositakuisiin saakka. Tehtävässä pääset vaikuttamaan vahvasti työmaiden sujuvuuteen, laatuun, asiakastyytyväisyyteen ja toiminnan kehittämiseen.

Mitä tehtävä pitää sisällään?

Vastaat Lohjan alueen pientalotuotannon johtamisesta sekä työmaiden aikataulujen, laadun ja taloudellisen tuloksen toteutumisesta. Osallistut hankkeiden esivalmisteluun ja tuotannonohjaukseen sekä tuot työmaatuotannon näkökulman mukaan suunnitteluun.

Työssäsi vastaat alueen pientaloprojektien sujuvasta toteutuksesta, resursoinnista ja aikatauluista sekä työmaiden laadusta, kustannuksista ja työturvallisuudesta. Teet tiivistä yhteistyötä asiakkaiden, työnjohtajien, urakoitsijoiden ja muun organisaation kanssa sekä osallistut toiminnan jatkuvaan kehittämiseen.

Tehtävään voi kuulua myös toimiminen työnjohtajien ja työsuhteisten kirvesmiesten esihenkilönä. Tällöin huolehdit tiimisi perehdyttämisestä, osaamisen kehittämisestä, työhyvinvoinnista sekä työturvallisuudesta.

Toivomme sinulta vahvaa kokemusta pientalorakentamisesta sekä pientalotyömaiden johtamisesta. Rakennusalan korkeakoulututkinnon katsomme eduksi.

Tehtävässä menestyminen edellyttää kokonaisuuksien hallintaa, järjestelmällistä työotetta sekä kykyä tehdä yhteistyötä asiakkaiden, urakoitsijoiden ja oman organisaation eri toimijoiden kanssa. Arvostamme vastuullista ja käytännönläheistä otetta työmaiden johtamiseen sekä halua kehittää toimintaa.

Työtehtävä edellyttää liikkumista ja matkustamista vastuualueella.
