Als modernes Familienunternehmen im Lebensmittelhandel mit den Vertriebsschienen Nah&Frisch, Convenience, Gastronomie-Zustellung und -Abholung sowie dem Bio-Fachgroßhandel erwirtschaften wir mit rund 830 Mitarbeiter/innen einen Umsatz von rund 206 Mio. Euro.

Das KASTNER Team sucht ab sofort für unseren Standort in Zwettl 1 Mitarbeiter_in in der Aktionsplanung Allgemeines

Haben Sie eine Affinität für die Arbeit mit Lebensmitteln und konnten in diesem Bereich bereits erste berufliche Erfahrung sammeln? Haben Sie zudem ein Gespür für Kundenwünsche und Trends in der Gastronomie?

Dann kommen Sie ins KASTNER Team! Wir suchen ab sofort für unsere Zentrale in Zwettl eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für die Aktionsplanung in Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 38,5 Wochenstunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Planung und Abwicklung von saisonalen und kundenorientierten Aktionen im Sortimentsbereich KASTNER Abholmarkt und Gastrodienst (Artikelauswahl, Kalkulation, Promotion, Anlage im ERP System)

* Erstellung von Quartals- und Monatsaktionsplänen

* Eigenständige Organisation und Durchführung von Aktionsplanungssitzungen

* Erstellung, Kontrolle und Freigabe von diversen Flugblättern und Katalogen in Abstimmung mit dem Sortimentsmanagement

* Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Werbevereinbarungen mit unseren Industriepartnern

* Vorbereitung diverser Auswertungen und Abfragen für das Sortimentsmanagement und unsere Standorte

Ihr Profil

* Sie haben eine abgeschlossene gastronomische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung bzw. abgeschlossene weiterführende Schulbildung (Fachschule, HAK, HLW oder Ähnliches).

* Idealerweise haben Sie Sortimentskenntnisse im Bereich des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels und/oder der Gastronomie.

* Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Sie aus.

* Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und genau und behalten auch in Stresssituationen den Überblick.

Gehaltsinformationen

Ihr Entgelt orientiert sich selbstverständlich einerseits an dem Wissen, das Sie für diese Position bereits mitbringen sowie andererseits an der Verantwortung, die Sie übernehmen werden. Da uns offene Kommunikation sehr wichtig ist, besprechen wir die Entlohnung gerne im persönlichen Gespräch.

Gemäß GIBG veröffentlichen wir ein Mindestentgelt von Euro 31.514,-- brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
