HIRING POSITION: Assistant Head of Recruitment

WORKING CONDITIONS: ON-SITE

LOCATION: BANGKOK, THAILAND (MRT ACCESSIBLE)

PAY RATE: THB 70,000 TO THB 100,000

POSITION: Assistant Head of Recruitment

The Assistant Head of Recruitment will mainly be responsible for recruitment funnel hiring and related data for all entities, including project management, and able to be a reporting Manager representative when required.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to and work alongside the Head of Recruitment and able to be his/her representative when required.
  • Responsible for organizing data related to the Recruitment funnel, database, tracker and ensuring data is accurate and presented in a way that assists individuals, businesses, and organizations in making better decisions.
  • Manage and coordinate recruitment projects to ensure assignments are completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
  • Working closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, meet competitive hiring goals and expectations, and ability to advise the line manager to select the most suitable candidates.
  • Ensure that agreed processes, standards, timeframes, and quality requirements are adhered to.
  • Being responsible for full life-cycle recruitment i.e., liaising with the line manager about job requirements, sourcing using a variety of searching methods, application screening, performing an assessment, conducting an interview, candidate selection, and hiring process.
  • Raising brand awareness in social media and online platforms
  • Preparing recruitment and ad-hoc assigned reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience working in the recruitment function with funnel board
  • Very strong data analytical
  • Multi-tasked, and able to work well under pressure
  • Highly developed user of Excel, Google sheet, PowerPoint, etc
  • Fluent in English communication is a must
  • Presentation skill
