  • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึก (Business Insights) จากข้อมูลพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้งาน (User Behavior) และ Traffic Log เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์และกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ
  • เขียน SQL เพื่อดึงข้อมูลที่ซับซ้อนมาตอบโจทย์คำถามเชิงกลยุทธ์และแก้ปัญหาทางธุรกิจแบบเฉียบคม
  • ร่วมทำงานกับทีม Business, Marketing และ Developer ในการออกแบบและวัดผล A/B Testing สำหรับฟีเจอร์ใหม่และแคมเปญต่างๆ
  • วางแผนและติดตามตัวชี้วัดสำคัญอย่าง Retention, Engagement, Conversion พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนะแนวทางปรับปรุง
  • พัฒนาโมเดลการวิเคราะห์และคาดการณ์ (Forecasting) เพื่อช่วยให้ทีมและบริษัทเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็วและยั่งยืน
  • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพฤติกรรมการใช้งานของผู้ใช้ (User Behavior) บนระบบและบริการอื่น ๆ ในเครือ เพื่อหา Insights ในการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงประสบการณ์ผู้ใช้งาน
  • สร้างและดูแล Data Dashboard และ Report เพื่อสรุปผลการดำเนินงานในด้านต่างๆ เช่น ยอด Subscription, อัตราการใช้งาน (Usage Rate), ประสิทธิภาพของเครือข่าย และ Churn Rate
  • ร่วมคิด KPI กับทีม Business / Marketing เพื่อวัดผลที่ตรงเป้า

Qualifications

คุณสมบัติ

  • มีประสบการณ์งานสาย BI / Data Analytics / Data Analyst อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  • เข้าใจธุรกิจออนไลน์ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่ม Tech / SaaS / VPN
