Business Analyst

  1. วิเคราะห์ Business Requirement รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และจัดการ Business Requirement จากผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย (Stakeholders) ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร เพื่อแปลงเป็นโครงสร้างการทำงานที่ชัดเจน
  2. วิเคราะห์ Customer Journey, ออกแบบ Business Process และทำงานร่วมกับทีม Design เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าทิศทางของ UX/UI สอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมผู้ใช้งานและเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ
  3. Create issue ในมุม Business และประชุมหารือกับทีมพัฒนาเพื่อได้ข้อมูลที่ชัดเจน
  4. จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างเป็นระบบ เช่น User Stories, Acceptance Criteria และแผนภาพต่างๆ (DFD, Activity Diagram) รวมถึงจัดการ Product Backlog และ Issue ต่างๆ บนระบบ
  5. วิเคราะห์ปัญหาและห์แนวทางการพัฒนา Product แล้วนำเสนอ Solution อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายทางธุรกิจ
  6. เก็บและวิเคราะห์ Feedback ของผู้ใช้งาน รวมถึงข้อมูลเชิงสถิติ (Data Analytics) เพื่อค้นหา Pain points และนำเสนอ Solution ในการพัฒนาโปรดักต์อย่างต่อเนื่อง
  7. เป็นตัวกลาง (Bridge) ที่มีประสิทธิภาพในการสื่อสารและประสานงานระหว่างทีม Business, Developer, Designer, Marketing และ Support เพื่อให้โปรเจกต์ดำเนินไปตามเป้าหมายและ Timeline ที่กำหนด
  8. สนับสนุนทีมพัฒนาในการทดสอบและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของระบบ (UAT) เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าฟีเจอร์ที่ออกมาตอบโจทย์ Requirement อย่างครบถ้วน
  9. ใช้ AI ในการวิเคราะห์และขับเคลื่อนข้อมูล (Agentic AI) เพื่อให้การทำงานในทุกส่วนมีความคล่องตัวและแม่นยำ
  10. มีประสบการณ์ตรงในตำแหน่ง Business Analyst, System Analyst หรือตำแหน่งที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 3 ปี
  11. มีประวัติการทำงานในโปรเจกต์ขนาดกลางถึงใหญ่ (End-to-End Project Lifecycle) และสามารถส่งมอบงานได้อย่างสมบูรณ์มาบ้างแล้ว
  12. ใช้งาน Wireframing Tools ได้ดี เช่น Figma, Balsamiq หรืออื่นๆ
  13. เข้าใจหลักการทำงานของธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ Software และระบบ IT
  14. มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ (Presentation) และการจับประเด็น (Active Listening) ในระดับดีเยี่ยม สามารถอธิบายเรื่องเทคนิคซับซ้อนให้ทีม Business เข้าใจได้ง่าย
  15. มีทักษะในการจัดประชุม นำเวิร์กชอป (Facilitation) และจัดการกับ Stakeholders หลายฝ่ายได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
