  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de individuele begeleiding van studenten met een functiebeperking in het hoger onderwijs; - Je hebt expertise over studeren met een autismespectrumstoornis en ADHD; - Je zet hulpmiddelen in en leert een goede studiemethodiek aan, maar je staat ook in voor psychosociale begeleiding. Je zorgt er mee voor dat de student zijn studieproces zelf in handen neemt; - Je kan vanuit een dicht contact met de student en kennis van de achtergrond van de student gericht advies en hulp bieden aan de student en wanneer nodig aan de opleiding; - Je bent ook op de hoogte van andere ondersteuningskanalen en je kan de student helpen bij het afstemmen van alle ondersteuning; - Je neemt deel aan de intervisies met andere studentenbegeleiders en je deelt jouw expertise met het team; - Je werkt actief samen met actoren die betrokken zijn bij de studieloopbaan van de studenten om de study ability (studiesucces, studievoortgang en welbevinden) te verhogen; - Je bent bereid om ook naast de individuele begeleiding mee te werken aan initiatieven ter ondersteuning van de doelgroep (vb. ontwikkelen workshops voor docenten, praatcafé voor studenten met ASS).
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in de humane wetenschappen; - Je hebt ervaring in het begeleiden van studenten en hun leerproces; - Je hebt expertise met betrekking tot specifieke noden die er kunnen zijn voor studenten met een functiebeperking in het hoger onderwijs; - Kennis over de specifieke uitdagingen voor studenten met een autismespectrumstoornis is een must; - Het empoweren van studenten drijft jouw handelen; - Je respecteert de deontologische code voor begeleiders; - Je bent bereid flexibel om te springen met jouw agenda in functie van de mogelijke contactmomenten van de studenten en de wisselende nood aan ondersteuning doorheen het academiejaar. - Je voldoet aan de taalvereisten hoger onderwijs of bent bereid om dit te verwerven. Indien je over een buitenlands diploma beschikt, met uitzondering van Nederland, dient een gelijkwaardigheidsattest van NARIC (www.naric.be) toegevoegd te worden. Functiespecifieke competenties - Je werkt mediawijs en kan vlot digitale middelen inzetten om samen te werken. - Je zet de leeractiviteit en de verantwoordelijkheid van de student centraal. - Een systematische manier van werken blijkt uit jouw planning en organisatie. Je werkt projectmatig en denkt hierbij analytisch en logisch. - Je implementeert, realiseert en verduidelijkt genomen beslissingen. - Jouw contactvaardigheid blijkt uit jouw inlevingsvermogen, de kunst om samen te werken en open te communiceren. - Je bezit vakdeskundigheid en bent bereid deze ook verder te optimaliseren. - Je ondersteunt en begeleidt anderen. - Je bent sterk in het geven van advies, het argumenteren en onderhandelen. - Je kan vlot beslissingen nemen rekening houdend met diverse factoren. - Je werkt vernieuwend/innovatief. - Je gaat constructief kritisch te werk.
