Du bist gut organisiert, arbeitest gerne strukturiert und hast Freude daran, den Büroalltag effizient, mit digitalen Lösungen und professionell zu gestalten? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig! Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte, freundliche und initiative Persönlichkeit, die als Leitungsassistent(in) unsere Pastoralraumleitung im administrativen Bereich unterstützt und gleichzeitig Freude daran hat, unsere digitalen Arbeitsprozesse aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Pastoralraumleitung in sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
  • Selbstständige Erledigung der üblichen Sekretariatsaufgaben sowie Korrespondenz und Terminkoordination
  • Organisation und Vorbereitung von Sitzungen und Besprechungen sowie Führen von Protokollen
  • Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Workflows und Richtlinien
  • Betreuung und Verwaltung der Online\-Tools
  • Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Dokumenten und Präsentationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und idealerweise Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion bzw. die Motivation die notwendigen Weiterbildungskurse zu besuchen
  • Eine positive, reflektierte und offene Haltung zur Katholischen Kirche
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft\-Office\-Anwendungen und Freude daran, sich in neue Tools und Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Organisationstalent, Zuverlässigkeit und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten
  • Freundliche Umgangsformen, Kommunikationsgeschick und Teamgeist
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
