Töihin Kattokeskuksen huolto- ja korjauspalveluihin?

Me teemme kattohuoltoja ja -korjauksia niin omakotitaloihin kuin taloyhtiöihin. Pääasiallisesti huolto- ja korjaustöitä tehdään Nurmijärven ja Pirkkalan toimipisteistämme käsin.

Vesikaton korjauksia teemme ympäri vuoden ja kattohuoltotöitä hieman vuodesta riippuen touko-syyskuun välillä. Korjausasentajan tehtäviin kuuluvat vuotokorjaukset, kattoturva- ja rännituotteiden asennukset sekä takuutyöt ja tarvittaessa kausihuollot. Huoltoasentajat tekevät pääsääntöisesti vain kausihuoltoja kesäkaudella ja työsuhteet ovat määräaikaisia.

Työtä tehdään pitkälti itsenäisesti ja joskus työparin kanssa. Meillä on käytössä alan parhaat työkalut ja työtä sujuvoittavat alan parhaat työmenetelmät. Työ pitää sisällään fyysistä tekemistä, tarkastustoimintaa, dokumentointia ja raportointia. Työtä tehdään arkipäivinä ja työkohteita on normaalisti 2-4 kpl/työpäivä. Palkkaus on aikaperusteinen eli tuntipalkkaus.

Tehtävässä pärjää tekijä, jolla on aikaisempaa kokemusta vesikattotöistä sekä kykyä suoriutua töistä itsenäisesti. Työt kohteessa tehdään alusta loppuun. Työssä vaaditaan myös vuorovaikutus- ja asiakaspalvelutaitoja sekä hyvää suomen kielen taitoa. Työssä vaaditaan vähintään B-kortti, mutta Be ja C-kortit ovat eduksi.
