Summary:

In this role, you will support the measurement, reporting, and operational intelligence capabilities of Vizient’s enterprise AI program. You will transform AI platform usage, adoption, consumption, cost, performance, and business-value data into meaningful insights for business and technology leaders. This role combines data analytics, business intelligence, dashboard development, AI operations, and FinOps reporting to support AI governance, optimization, capacity planning, and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights and enjoys working at the intersection of analytics, business intelligence, and AI operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting that measure AI adoption, utilization, performance, cost, capacity, and business value.
  • Analyze AI operational data and key performance indicators, translating technical metrics into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Deliver executive and operational reporting that supports AI governance, optimization, investment decisions, and strategic planning.
  • Monitor and analyze AI consumption, cost, utilization, capacity, and token-usage metrics across enterprise AI platforms.
  • Support AI forecasting, budgeting, FinOps reporting, and capacity-planning activities.
  • Analyze adoption patterns, usage trends, operational performance, and platform effectiveness across AI technologies.
  • Develop trend analyses and forecasts to identify opportunities to improve adoption, utilization, and overall platform value.
  • Gather, transform, and analyze data from enterprise systems and AI platforms to support reporting and business decision-making.
  • Perform exploratory analysis to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and quality of data used in dashboards, reports, and operational metrics.
  • Partner with business, technology, finance, governance, and AI operations stakeholders to define reporting requirements and communicate findings.
  • Continuously improve reporting processes, analytical methodologies, dashboard usability, and the visibility of AI operational outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related field required.
  • 2 or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data analysis, or a related function required.
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualizations for business or operational reporting required.
  • Experience with data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and dashboard development required.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting required.
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into actionable business and operational insights required.
  • Experience developing operational, financial, performance, or executive reporting required.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and business audiences required.
  • Must be willing to work in the office three days a week.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience reporting on AI, Copilot, generative AI, or other enterprise AI platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI consumption metrics, token-usage reporting, capacity management, forecasting, or FinOps practices preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, Databricks, or comparable analytics platforms preferred.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, reporting, or automation preferred.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or another regulated environment preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $135,400.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
