Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Welcome and seat guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Menu Mastery: Present our menu with confidence, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
  • Service Excellence: Deliver food and beverages promptly and with flair, ensuring every guest’s needs are met with a smile.
  • Table Stewardship: Keep our dining area pristine and organized, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere throughout service.
  • Problem-Solving: Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into positive experiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs designed to refine your skills and enhance your career in the F&B industry.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in an F&B role is a plus, but we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
