Responsibilities

  • Assist senior technicians with vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
  • Perform routine service tasks under supervision, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
  • Learn to use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify vehicle issues.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety and service procedures as outlined by Kayser Chevrolet, Inc.
  • Attend training sessions and actively engage in skill-building activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in automotive technology and repair.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical demands of the job.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
