You know how to greet a customer, build rapport, uncover needs, present numbers, overcome objections, ask for the sale, follow up, and deliver a vehicle.

Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who wants a dealership that values production, customer relationships, and people who know how to get deals done.

• Sell new and used vehicles • Work internet, phone, showroom, and repeat/referral opportunities • Build and maintain your personal customer base • Follow up aggressively and professionally with unsold prospects • Demonstrate vehicles and present product benefits • Structure and present deals with management • Negotiate professionally and ask for the sale • Maintain accurate CRM activity • Deliver an exceptional customer experience • Generate repeat and referral business • Work as part of a team while taking ownership of your individual results
