Das erwartet dich

  • Du leitest eigenverantwortlich Planungsprojekte im Bereich Schienenverkehrsanlagen – von der Angebotsphase über die Planung bis zum Projektabschluss.
  • Diese Position kannst du flexibel an einem unserer Standorte in München, Kempten, Augsburg, Stuttgart oder Frankfurt ausüben.
  • Du übernimmst die fachliche Koordination und stellst eine qualitativ hochwertige und regelwerkskonforme Planung sicher.
  • Du behältst Kosten, Termine und Ressourcen jederzeit im Blick und stellst einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicher.
  • Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit Auftraggebern, Fachbehörden, Planungspartnern und ausführenden Unternehmen ab und vertrittst die KB bei Besprechungen und Präsentationen.
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung digitaler Planungsmethoden (z. B. 3D-Planung, BIM) und optimierst interne Abläufe mit.
  • Du bringst dich mit deiner Erfahrung ein und unterstützt die Teamleitung bei der erfolgreichen Umsetzung unserer Projekte und Qualitätsstandards.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Umweltverkehrsingenieurwesen, idealerweise mit Vertiefung Verkehrsanlagen oder Infrastruktur, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation, erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung von Verkehrsanlagen der Eisenbahninfrastruktur.
  • Du besitzt sehr gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Regelwerke, Normen und Planungsstandards.
  • Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus.
  • Du hast Interesse an innovativen Methoden wie BIM und Lust auf fachliche Weiterentwicklung sowie Freude an der Arbeit im interdisziplinären Umfeld und an der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Behörden und Fachkolleg:innen.
  • Du verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
