The posting

Das erwartet dich

  • Du bist für alle im Prüfbereich anfallenden organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben zuständig.
  • Du bist telefonischer Erstkontakt für Anliegen an den Prüfingenieur, organisierst dessen Termine und bist für eine termingerechte Korrespondenz verantwortlich - auch in der Funktion als Urlaubs- und Krankheitsvertretung.
  • Du assistierst bei der Ablauf- und Zeitplanung sowie bei der Steuerung und Überwachung der Arbeitsabläufe in den Prüfprojekten.
  • Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Angeboten, Verträgen und Auftragsschreiben mit und bist für die Anlage von Prüfaufträgen zuständig.
  • Du unterstützt den Prüfingenieur bei der Termin-, Kosten- und Leistungskontrolle im Projekt sowie bei der Rechnungserstellung und -verfolgung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du kannst eine relevante kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung vorweisen und bringst Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, dienstleistungsorientiert und zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative aus.
  • Du weist eine eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und ein Verständnis für den Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten auf.
  • Du bist versiert im Umgang mit der deutschen Sprache, schriftlich wie mündlich, und sicher im Umgang mit MS Office.
