Das erwartet dich

  • Du leitest ein dynamisches Team im Bereich Brücken- und Ingenieurbau mit dem Schwerpunkt Schiene (EÜ, PU, Bahnsteige, Signalausleger etc.) in Stuttgart eigenverantwortlich und entwickelst es strategisch weiter.
  • Du bringst frische Ideen ein, gestaltest den weiteren Ausbau des Stuttgarter Standorts aktiv mit und bist eine treibende Kraft für den Ausbau des Teilbereichs Schiene im Brücken- und Ingenieurbau.
  • Du stärkst dein Team durch individuelle Förderung, inspirierst mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität und entwickelst dein Team zu einer starken Einheit.
  • Du stehst sowohl deinem Team als auch bereichsübergreifend als kompetenter Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
  • Du stimmst dich regelmäßig mit Auftraggebern, Fachbehörden, Planungspartnern und ausführenden Unternehmen ab und vertrittst die KB gerne bei Networking Veranstaltungen.
  • Du akquirierst spannende Planungsaufträge für dein Team und arbeitest auch team- und bereichsübergreifend an der Akquise größerer Projekte mit.
  • Du übernimmst bei ausgewählten Projekten die Aufgaben eines Projektleiters (m/w/d).
  • Du steuerst das Projektcontrolling und sicherst den Erfolg der Brückenbauprojekte in deinem Team – fachlich, terminlich und finanziell.

Das bringst du mit

  • Neben einem abgeschlossenen Studium als Bauingenieur (m/w/d) verfügst du über ausgewiesene Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet des Brücken- und Ingenieurbaus im Teilbereich Schiene, idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Führungserfahrung.
  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team mit Begeisterung, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und bist stolz auf gemeinsame Erfolge.
  • Deine ausgeprägten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und dein Gespür für den Umgang mit Menschen zeichnen dich aus – sowohl intern als auch mit Kunden.
  • Du prägst dein Team durch entschlossene Eigeninitiative und eine starke Vorbildfunktion.
  • Kreativität, Qualitätsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, innovative und umsetzbare Lösungen zu entwickeln, runden dein Profil ab.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
