Das erwartet dich

  • Du führst dein Team mit Ausrichtung auf die Ziele des Fachbereichs und des Unternehmens und koordinierst die projektspezifischen Einsätze der Projektleiter/innen.
  • Du bist für die Erstellung von Bestandsaufnahmen, -analysen und -beschreibungen von Gebäudezuständen (Bauwerksprüfungen nach VDI 6200) aufgrund vor Ort gewonnener Erkenntnisse verantwortlich und bist hierbei erster Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für dein Team und deine Kollegen/innen.
  • Du akquirierst für den Fachbereich Planungsaufträge und wirkst bei der teamübergreifenden Akquise mit.
  • Du überwachst das Projektcontrolling und verantwortest den fachlichen, finanziellen und terminlichen Erfolg von Instandsetzungsprojekten.
  • Du fertigst statische Nachrechnungen an und beurteilst Tragkonstruktionen.
  • Du erstellst Gutachten und erarbeitest Konzepte für die Instandsetzung und bist für Ertüchtigungsmaßnahmen für Bestandsbauwerke zuständig.
  • Des Weiteren koordinierst und hältst du die fachgerechte Ausführung von Maßnahmen nach.
  • Du stehst den Mitarbeitern/innen als fachlich kompetenter und geschätzter Berater (m/w/d) zur Verfügung und unterstützt deine Teammitglieder bei ihrer fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du kannst ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen vorweisen, verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und hast bereits erste Führungsaufgaben übernommen.
  • Du denkst nachhaltig und interessierst dich für historische und denkmalgeschützte Gebäude - insbesondere im Rahmen der Erhaltung, des Umbaus und der Instandsetzung.
  • Du gehst Herausforderungen gerne proaktiv an und entwickelst für unsere Kunden kreative und tragfähige Lösungen.
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Verantwortungs- und Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie eine selbständige Arbeitsweise.
  • Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und verfügst über sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
