DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • Eigenständige Konzeption und Entwicklung proaktiver Data & AI-Lösungen für bestehende Kundenprobleme
  • Design und Implementierung moderner Softwarelösungen mit hoher Qualitätsverantwortung
  • Durchführung von Code-Reviews und Sicherstellung technischer Standards
  • Aktive Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Data & AI-Serviceline
  • Befähigung von KBC-Mitarbeitern im Umgang mit KI
  • Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption von Lösungen und proaktives Einbringen von Ideen zur Optimierung interner KBC-Prozesse

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Fortgeschrittene Programmierkenntnisse und mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung, insbesondere in Python
  • Fundierte Expertise in der Datenvisualisierung mit BI-Tools wie Power BI
  • Fortgeschrittenes Verständnis modernen Softwareentwicklungstechniken wie Versionskontrolle (Git/GitHub), CI/CD-Pipelines und Deployment-Workflows
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln und überzeugend zu präsentieren
  • Hohe analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Offenheit für neue Technologien und Tools
  • Deutschkenntnisse (muttersprachlich bzw. C2 mit Zertifikat), Englischkenntnisse (C1)
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) und 1-2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
