Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams in Neuss suchen wir dich als erfahrenen Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Zu deinen Aufgaben zählt die Erstellung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen für Unternehmen verschiedener Branchen und Rechtsformen.
  • Darüber hinaus betreust du einen festen Mandantenstamm in allen lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Du erstellst Statistiken, Auswertungen und Bescheinigungen. Daneben führst du Korrespondenz mit Versicherungsträgern und Behörden.
  • Gleichzeitig berätst du unsere Mandanten in der Einführung von Lohnprogrammen oder möglichen Digitalisierungsschritten.
  • Deine Teamkolleg*innen profitieren von deinen tiefgreifenden Erfahrungen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, z.B. zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d). Alternativ verfügst du über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Personal oder Buchhaltung.
  • Kanzleierfahrung rundet dein Profil ab.
  • Zudem hast du langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung über DATEV sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung.
  • Neben umfassenden DATEV-Kenntnissen, zeichnet dich ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen aus.
  • Eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise ist dir wichtig. Du bist gleichermaßen team- und kundenorientiert und hilfst Kolleg*innen gerne weiter.
