R&D Stability Technician Help Bring Innovative Products to Life Are you curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about science? As an R&D Stability Technician, you'll work hands-on in a laboratory environment conducting stability testing, analyzing results, and supporting product development efforts. Prepare and organize product batches for stability studies according to approved protocols. Place and retrieve samples from various controlled storage environments at designated testing intervals. Conduct stability testing using established laboratory methods and procedures. Accurately record, analyze, and document test results in compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. Communicate findings and testing updates to internal stakeholders and project teams. Identify and report stability concerns or out-of-specification results promptly. Maintain organized records and documentation to support product development and regulatory compliance. Monitor and document storage equipment temperatures and performance. Support routine maintenance, calibration, qualification, and validation activities for laboratory equipment. Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient laboratory environment. Assist with inventory management, sample disposal, and general laboratory housekeeping. Protect confidential customer, product, and company information at all times. Support additional laboratory and departmental initiatives as needed.
What Makes You a Great Fit Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow written procedures, work instructions, and testing protocols. Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
One or more years of laboratory experience. Additional education beyond high school, particularly in chemistry, biology, laboratory sciences, or related scientific disciplines. Familiarity with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and laboratory safety practices. Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
