Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technician to oversee technical operations, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair works.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and coordinate daily technical and maintenance activities.
  2. Perform installation, inspection, servicing and repair of equipment and systems.
  3. Diagnose technical faults and carry out corrective maintenance.
  4. Prepare technical reports, maintenance records and service documentation.
  5. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, suppliers and clients.
  6. Guide and supervise junior technicians and workers.
  7. Ensure all technical works comply with company standards and safety regulations.
  8. Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  9. Identify technical problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
  10. Ensure proper maintenance of tools, equipment and materials.

Requirements

  1. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  2. Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
  3. Ability to supervise and coordinate technical teams.
  4. Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
  5. Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
