Job Summary

Lead and coordinate installation teams at construction sites to plan, execute, and oversee project works while ensuring safety compliance and efficient resource utilization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead installation teams to plan and execute construction works according to project schedules
  • Plan and deploy manpower effectively for site operations
  • Optimize the utilization of manpower, raw materials, and consumables to support project efficiency
  • Oversee construction activities and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain workflow
  • Ensure all site works comply with established safe work procedures

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in the construction industry
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, analytical thinking, and effective teamwork
