Descrição do emprego

  • Assegurar Daily management na sua área;
  • Prioritização de áreas de foco diárias, semanais e mensais;
  • Gestão e monitorização de indicadores operacionais (ex: FOR, non quality costs, customer complaints, OEE, Weff, production plan fulfillment);
  • Assegurar cumprimento de plano de produção na sua área (avaliação e redução de perdas, paragens de linha, escalonamento e limites reação etc.);
  • Controlo do estado dos seus equipamentos e linhas (planos manutenção, calibrações, 5S, etc.);
  • Gestão de recursos de acordo com planeamento;
  • Responsável por coordenar e executar melhoria contínua da área (indicadores performance, requisitos e áreas de foco estratégicas);
  • Coordenação e liderança de projetos de melhoria;
  • Gestão e desenvolvimento dos colaboradores na sua equipa de trabalho;
  • Promover e coordenar projetos para digitalização e automação na sua área.

Qualificações

  • Licenciado (Engª Gestão Industrial, mecânica, eletrónica);
  • Experiência de liderança minímo 7 anos;
  • Valorizada a experiência e conhecimento da área de SMT (Surface Mount Technology) em ambiente industrial;
  • Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão, MS Office e outros ex ( SAP, 8D, CIP);
  • Motivação e dinamismo para obtenção de resultados;
  • Capacidade de resolução e gestão de conflitos;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão;
  • Capacidade de comunicação;
  • Resiliente;
  • Disponibilidade de acompanhar turnos produção.

Keenfinity Range Salarial

Salário anual bruto 30 000€ - 35 000 € (depende da experiência) + equidade
