Now Hiring: Community Growth Specialist

Help us reset the standard of care in Nebraska, starting in Lincoln.

Keepsake Home Care was built on a simple belief: home care should work for families, not agencies. We’re a proudly locally owned and women-owned company providing non-medical in-home care for every age and every stage of life, helping people stay safe, independent, and in control in their own homes. That means no minimum-hour requirements, one simple flat rate, and small, consistent care teams that families get to know and trust.

Keepsake began with something our co-founder Lacy saw firsthand. She cared for a man living with Parkinson’s disease who needed flexible support at different times throughout the day, but minimum scheduling requirements locked him into rigid four-hour shifts. He was paying for 12 hours of care when 6 well-timed hours would have served him better, while new caregivers rotated in and out of his home. That was the moment it became clear: home care was overdue for a reset. So we built a company designed around the client, not the agency.

Our name is new, but our team is not new to caring for families in this community. Now locally owned, we’re building our reputation under the Keepsake name, and this role will play a central part in introducing that name to Lincoln and, as we grow, communities across Nebraska.

Our services include daily living assistance, companion care, household support, transportation and errands, and specialized memory care and Parkinson’s support, and recovery support at home after surgery, illness, or injury. We also offer KeepSense, a monitoring service designed to recognize falls, health shifts, and signs of distress early and alert families and the care team. KeepSense is included at no additional charge with Keepsake caregiving.

Are you a relationship-builder who believes families deserve clarity, not confusion? We’re looking for a driven, professional, and results-oriented Community Growth Specialist to be the face of Keepsake throughout Lincoln and the surrounding area, with the opportunity to help expand our reach across Nebraska. You’ll build trusted referral partnerships, share our story, and connect families with care that fits their lives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, genuinely believes in what they represent, and wants to help grow a company that’s doing home care differently.

Why We Exist

  • No one should feel unsafe in their own home.
  • Families deserve clarity, not confusion.
  • Care should adapt to people, not force people to adapt to care.
  • The old model is broken.

What You’ll Be Representing

  • Flexible care on the client’s terms: one hour, mornings only, or a few days a week. Clients pay only for the care they actually need.
  • Honest, transparent pricing: one simple flat rate with no time-of-day surprises or weekend upcharges.
  • Small, consistent care teams: trust is built through familiarity, so we keep teams small, reliable, and intentional.
  • Respectful introductions: we personally introduce every new caregiver, walk the home, and train the care plan the right way.
  • KeepSense: modern monitoring that keeps families and the care team informed, included with Keepsake caregiving.

Position Details

  • Status: Full-time, salaried, exempt
  • Reports to: The Managers of Keepsake Home Care
  • Location: Based in our Lincoln office, serving Lincoln and the surrounding market with regular local travel in your own vehicle; territory may expand across Nebraska as we grow
  • Schedule: Office hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., plus occasional evening and weekend events

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $52,000 annually, paid weekly
  • Performance-based bonuses under Keepsake’s Incentive and Bonus Plan
  • Total earning potential designed to reach $60,000–$75,000+ annually based on results (bonuses are not guaranteed)
  • 100% of your monthly cell phone service plan reimbursed for the line you use for work
  • Company-provided laptop and backpack

Incentive Structure

  • 21–40 hours/week → $250
  • More than 40 hours/week → $400

Lead Source Development Bonuses

  • 2 client starts → $150
  • 3 or 4 client starts → $300
  • 5 or more client starts → $500

Examples of referral partners include:

  • Assisted living communities

  • Represent Keepsake Home Care at networking events, health fairs, presentations, and community outreach, including some evenings and weekends
  • Share the Keepsake story, our flexible care model, and KeepSense with families, referral partners, and community groups
  • Respond to referrals and inquiries promptly and, in coordination with the Managers, help families understand their options honestly and choose the care they actually need
  • Plan and carry out local marketing initiatives that support Keepsake’s growth goals
  • Manage Keepsake’s social media accounts, including Facebook and Instagram: create, schedule, and post content about our services, caregiver recruitment, community involvement, education, and the Keepsake brand
  • Capture and share events, partnerships, and success stories while following Keepsake brand standards and getting written consent before featuring any client, family member, or caregiver
  • Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to increase local visibility
  • Track outreach activity, referral sources, and growth goals in Keepsake’s systems and report results to the Managers
  • Describe our services accurately as non-medical in-home care, and follow Keepsake’s privacy, confidentiality, and referral partner ethics standards

Qualifications

  • Experience in community relations, healthcare outreach, sales, business development, or marketing preferred
  • Experience managing business social media accounts and creating professional content preferred
  • Experience in home care, senior services, healthcare, referral development, or digital marketing is a plus
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a warm, honest approach that leads with compassion rather than pressure
  • A genuine belief that care should adapt to people, not force people to adapt to care
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while managing multiple partnerships and priorities

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check, including criminal history, employment verification, and driving record
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evening and weekend events
  • Ability to carry and set up event materials such as displays and brochures

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
