In this epic role, you'll be a customer service rockstar and a parts whisperer all rolled into one! You'll provide friendly, superior service, both in person and over the phone, ensuring our customers get the right parts they need, fast. Using catalogs and computer systems like a pro, you'll be a whiz at identifying and locating exactly the right parts for any vehicle.

Keeping track of our stock is key! You'll be the inventory ace, maintaining accurate records, doing stock checks, and making sure parts get delivered on time. But that's not all! You'll also be a parts pro who goes the extra mile, helping out with sales, pricing, and transactions, and offering expert advice on parts and accessories. Teamwork makes the dream work, so you'll be collaborating with the rest of the crew to keep things running like a well-oiled machine.

We're looking for someone with a passion for parts and a knack for being a team player with drive. You'll also have:

  • Experience in parts-related roles, especially automotive. Bonus points for extra technical knowledge!
  • Familiarity with parts catalogs, computer systems, and standard office software is a must.
  • You've got the gift of the gab! Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and with a team are key.
  • You're keen to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong eye for detail and super organisational skills are a must.
