We're looking for a hands-on Office & Operations Manager who loves making things happen. This is first and foremost an office management role, but we're looking for someone who can also take ownership of projects, coordinate multiple moving parts, and drive things forward. You don't need to have done it all before, we're looking for someone resourceful, proactive, and eager to take on more.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the office — from supplies and vendors to facilities, logistics, and everything in between.
  • Take ownership of office and operational projects, from planning and coordinating multiple stakeholders to execution.
  • Manage and track office and project-related expenses, work with vendors, and coordinate closely with Finance on budgets and spend.
  • Rally internal and external stakeholders (leadership, HR, finance, vendors) and drive processes that require cross-functional collaboration.
  • Be the first person the team turns to when something needs to get done, with genuine care for employee well-being on-site.
  • Plan and execute team events and company gatherings that people actually enjoy.
  • Make candidates and new hires feel at home from day one — smooth onboarding, zero friction.
  • Manage vendor work on site and service provider relationships like a pro.
  • Spot what's broken before anyone else does — and fix it.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in office management, project coordination, operations, or another hands-on, execution-focused role.
  • Experience leading projects end-to-end, including timelines and budgets.
  • A strong sense of ownership - comfortable taking the lead, figuring things out, and driving tasks and projects forward with guidance when needed.
  • Insanely organized, able to juggle ten things without dropping a single one.
  • A strong cross-functional communicator who knows how to rally people and drive processes across departments.
  • Service-oriented, approachable, and great at building relationships with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • You don't wait to be asked. You just do.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creative problem solver who anticipates needs before they're even voiced.
  • Hebrew and English at a professional level.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a tech startup or high-growth environment.
  • Relevant experience from a significant operational military role will also be considered.
