Le département judiciaire de l’étude d’avocats Kellerhals Carrard à Lausanne est à la recherche d’un.e Avocat.e à plein temps ou à temps partiel.

Your mission

Vous serez rattaché(e) à notre département judiciaire et serez basé(e) à Lausanne. Vous bénéficiez d’une expérience judiciaire généraliste en étude, impliquant la conduite autonome de procédures en droit privé (notamment famille, successions, travail, bail, etc.) et public (notamment construction, aménagement du territoire, etc.). Vous témoignez d’un intérêt marqué pour le droit de la famille et appréciez la gestion autonome de dossiers judiciaires, la confrontation comme la négociation. Vous envisagez de poursuivre à moyen terme une pratique dans le domaine judiciaire et, le cas échéant, une spécialisation dans les domaines qui y sont rattachés.

Your profile

  • Avocat/e breveté/ée (VD, GE, FR, VS, NE, JU) avec 2 à 3 ans d’expérience.
  • Expérience en droit de la famille serait un atout.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais niveau C 1 ; allemand : bonne connaissance permettant l’utilisation des sources.
  • A l’aise dans la relation directe avec le client.
  • Expérience du suivi économique du client/dossier.
  • Rigoureux(se) dans le traitement des dossiers, avec le sens de l’organisation et de la fixation des priorités.
  • Doté(e) d’un fort esprit d’équipe.
  • Bonne maitrise des outils informatiques.

La priorité sera donnée aux candidats bénéficiant d’au minimum deux ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le domaine judiciaire.
