QUEL SERA VOTRE QUOTIDIEN ?

En tant que partenaire franchisé, vous ouvrez votre propre entreprise pour gérer un ou plusieurs sites au sein de notre réseau. En tant qu'entrepreneur, vous êtes responsable de la gestion de votre entreprise conformément aux normes KellyDeli et à votre contrat de franchise. Vous jouerez un rôle actif dans la gestion quotidienne de votre kiosque. Grâce à notre formation entièrement prise en charge, vous deviendrez un expert dans la fabrication de nos produits. En tant que chef d'entreprise, vous serez responsable du recrutement de votre équipe en fonction des besoins de votre entreprise et de sa gestion tout en respectant le droit du travail local. Assurez-vous que les lois sur la sécurité alimentaire sont respectées et que votre entreprise est conforme aux exigences de KellyDeli et à la législation locale. Établir de bonnes relations de travail avec le retailer qui vous accueille. Vous vous occupez du service client, de la production, de la qualité, des commandes de matières premières, de la gestion, des relations avec le retailer et des aspects financiers de votre propre entreprise.

DE QUOI AVEZ-VOUS BESOIN POUR OUVRIR UN KIOSQUE AVEC NOUS ?

Avoir le droit d'ouvrir une entreprise en France. D'un investissement minimum faible, à partir de 30K€. D'être disponible pour une formation de 4 à 6 semaines. D'être capable de parler la langue locale. Avoir une expérience dans la gestion d'une entreprise est un avantage.
