Key Responsibilities:

• Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items, and any count that does not match the paperwork, to a supervisor right away.

• Load and unload trucks and move materials, including pipe and other long materials, safely.

Material Delivery

• Gather and deliver the correct parts and materials to workers and workstations.

• Confirm part numbers and quantities before delivery.

• Ask the requesting worker or a supervisor when unsure which part is needed rather than guessing.

• Clean pipe and other materials, grind, measure, and label as directed.

• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools correctly and safely.

Equipment Operation & Safety

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment once trained and authorized.

• Complete equipment inspection sheets before use, and report any defect found, even if the equipment was reported as working on a previous shift.

• Operate only equipment you have been trained to use, and notify a supervisor if asked to use equipment you are not trained on.

• Wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safe lifting and load-handling practices.

General Support

• Assist different departments as directed, checking with a supervisor when requests compete.

• Perform cleaning and routine housekeeping, inside and outside.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience & Skills

• Hands-on experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or shipping/receiving preferred.

• Experience counting and organizing parts or materials and checking them against packing slips or material lists.

• Experience loading and unloading trucks and moving heavy or long materials.

• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools; cleaning, grinding, or labeling experience a plus.

• Forklift or other material-handling equipment experience, including pipe or long loads, with documented training a strong plus.

Professional Attributes

• Accurate and detail-oriented with counts, part numbers, and paperwork.

• Asks questions instead of guessing, and owns and corrects mistakes promptly.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Stand and walk for extended periods; bend and kneel regularly.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
