This recruiter partners directly with FabLogix leaders and hiring managers to translate workforce plans into targeted recruiting strategies, attract and assess specialized talent, and deliver a consistent candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, consultative, and comfortable recruiting across a fast-growing manufacturing organization with evolving workforce demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for FabLogix professional-level positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer development, pre-employment activities, and handoff to onboarding.
  • Recruit professional, technical, operational leadership, and business support talent across engineering, project delivery, estimating, commercial, finance, human resources, safety, quality, administration, and facility leadership functions.
  • Partner with FabLogix leaders and hiring managers to understand growth plans, organizational priorities, position requirements, compensation considerations, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies for specialized, leadership, and hard-to-fill professional roles while supporting select high-priority operational searches as business needs require.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional associations, industry networks, referrals, direct outreach, colleges and universities, and targeted community partnerships.
  • Lead structured candidate screens and assessments, evaluate technical and leadership qualifications, provide clear recommendations, and facilitate consistent and timely selection decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely candidate and requisition activity in the applicant tracking system and use recruiting data to communicate progress, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategies as FabLogix grows.
  • Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and emerging professional needs, including engineering, project management, estimating, commercial leadership, finance, human resources, safety, quality, and operational management.
  • Represent FabLogix in the employment market and communicate its growth story, career opportunities, and culture while delivering a responsive, professional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Collaborate with the centralized Kelso Industries Talent Acquisition team to apply consistent tools and practices while tailoring recruiting strategies to FabLogix priorities.
  • Ensure recruiting and selection practices comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, company policies, and recordkeeping requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing multiple professional-level requisitions in manufacturing, construction, engineering, operations, or corporate functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead recruiting intake discussions, translate organizational needs into recruiting plans, assess professional and leadership candidates, and advise hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Proven ability to source active and passive professional candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, professional associations, industry networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage requisitions, candidate activity, communications, and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, business judgment, organization, and relationship-building skills, including the ability to influence and advise leaders.
  • Ability to prioritize competing hiring needs, manage a diverse professional requisition portfolio, and respond effectively to changing business demands with limited day-to-day supervision.
  • Working knowledge of professional recruiting practices, talent markets, compensation considerations, and applicable employment laws.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and virtual communication tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting professional talent for prefabrication, manufacturing, modular construction, mission-critical construction, or MEP-related operations.
  • Familiarity with engineering, project management, estimating, commercial, finance, human resources, safety, quality, and operational leadership roles.
  • Experience supporting a rapidly growing organization, multiple locations, or expanding business units within a centralized or shared-services recruiting model.
  • Experience recruiting manager, director, and other senior-level professional positions.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting or a comparable enterprise applicant tracking system.
  • Professional certification in human resources or talent acquisition.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
