O grupo KELVIN EDUCAÇÃO, formado pelo Sistema de Ensino e pelas instituições de Ensino Fundamental, Ensino Médio e Curso Pré-Vestibular, busca incessantemente desenvolver soluções pedagógicas e assegurar o desenvolvimento de competências e de habilidades do(a) aluno(a) atual, a efetivação do seu processo ensino-aprendizagem e, consequentemente do seu projeto de vida.

O(a) Coordenador(a) Pedagógico(a) do Pré-Vestibular será responsável pela gestão integrada das atividades pedagógicas, administrativas e comerciais da unidade, garantindo a qualidade do ensino, a organização operacional e o crescimento do negócio.

Sua atuação envolve a liderança e o desenvolvimento da equipe pedagógica, o acompanhamento do desempenho acadêmico dos alunos, a gestão de indicadores, identificação de oportunidades de mercado, além da elaboração e execução de estratégias para captação, retenção e aumento de matrículas.

Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades

  • Coordenar e acompanhar o planejamento pedagógico, a qualidade das aulas, o desempenho dos professores, os materiais didáticos, as avaliações e os resultados acadêmicos dos alunos, buscando excelência no ensino e aprovação dos alunos(as).
  • Liderar, orientar e desenvolver professores e profissionais da unidade, promovendo alinhamento, acompanhamento de desempenho, feedbacks, formação continuada e um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e produtivo.
  • Acompanhar o funcionamento da unidade, garantindo organização de processos, cumprimento de calendários, utilização adequada dos recursos, estrutura física e qualidade no atendimento aos alunos e famílias.
  • Acompanhar a jornada dos alunos, identificar motivos de evasão, monitorar a satisfação e implementar ações que contribuam para a permanência, o engajamento e a indicação da instituição.
  • Acompanhar indicadores pedagógicos, comerciais, financeiros e operacionais, como matrículas, rematrículas, evasão, ocupação de turmas, desempenho acadêmico, custos e receitas, propondo ações corretivas e melhorias.
  • Analisar o mercado educacional, identificar oportunidades de expansão e propor novos produtos, cursos, turmas, modalidades de ensino, serviços e parcerias que possam gerar novas receitas e ampliar a atuação da unidade.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Pedagogia ou Licenciaturas (Matemática, Letras, História, Geografia, Biologia, Física, Química ou áreas correlatas).
  • Pós-graduação cursando ou concluída em Gestão Escolar, Gestão Educacional, Coordenação Pedagógica, Administração Escolar ou áreas relacionadas será considerada importante diferencial.
  • Experiência anterior em cargo de liderança.
  • Vivência em instituições de ensino, especialmente no segmento de Pré-Vestibular, Ensino Médio ou preparação para vestibulares e ENEM.
  • Experiência com gestão de professores, acompanhamento de resultados acadêmicos e relacionamento com alunos e famílias.
  • Gestão pedagógica e planejamento educacional.
  • Conhecimento dos principais vestibulares e do ENEM.
  • Gestão de equipes e desenvolvimento de pessoas.
  • Estratégias de captação, conversão e retenção de alunos.
  • Habilidade na comunicação verbal e escrita.
