Kemikalieinspektionen är en statlig myndighet som har i uppdrag att minska riskerna för att människor och miljö skadas av kemikalier. Som medarbetare hos oss är du en del av ett betydelsefullt arbete för hållbar utveckling i Sverige, inom EU och globalt. Vi är 280 medarbetare och vårt kontor ligger i centrala Sundbyberg.

HR-sekretariatet driver och samordnar strategiska utvecklingsfrågor inom hela HR och arbetar konsultativt med stöd till myndighetens ledning och alla chefer. Vi är tre HR-partners och en HR-chef som söker en ny HR-administratör. Här blir du en del av ett engagerat och kompetent HR-team som har ett nära samarbete.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Vill du ha en roll i en HR-verksamhet där du får kombinera administration, service och samhällsnytta? Hos oss får du arbeta nära både HR-chef och HR-partners och vara en viktig del av arbetet som skapar goda förutsättningar för myndighetens medarbetare och chefer.

Som HR-administratör blir du det administrativa navet i många av våra HR-processer och ett stöd till HR-chef och HR-partners i det dagliga arbetet. Dina arbetsuppgifter består av administrativa uppgifter kopplade till bland annat rekrytering, anställningsprocessen, introduktion av nya medarbetare, statistik, sammanställningar och intern kommunikation. Eftersom vi är en statlig myndighet får du dessutom bidra till rättssäker och professionell hantering av ärenden, handlingar och dokumentation.

KVALIFIKATIONER • Gymnasium eller likvärdig utbildning. • Administrativ kompetens och erfarenhet av HR-administration. • Goda kunskaper i MS Office 365 och har lätt för att sätta dig in i och att arbeta i digitala system. • Kunskap och erfarenhet av att arbeta i relevanta HR-system och rekryteringssystem. • Förmåga att uttrycka dig väl i svenska språket i både tal och skrift. • Erfarenhet av att samordna och följa upp aktiviteter. • Förmåga att ta fram enklare statistik och sammanställningar.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av HR-administration vid statlig myndighet, intern kommunikation på intranät, introduktion av nyanställda, rekrytering och av att administrera enkäter.

Du är en noggrann, strukturerad och serviceinriktad person som trivs med att ge administrativt stöd till verksamheten. Du arbetar självständigt, tar initiativ och har förmåga att se vad som behöver göras, och har lätt för att samarbeta med olika kontaktytor. Rollen ställer krav på gott omdöme, hög integritet och förmåga att prioritera när flera arbetsuppgifter pågår parallellt.

Vi lägger stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper.

Anställningsform: Tillsvidareanställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre.
