Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Account Manager (d/w/m), der starke Kundenführung mit exzellentem Projektmanagement verbindet. Du verantwortest integrierte Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle hinweg, baust vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte vom Briefing bis zur Umsetzung erfolgreich realisiert werden.

Du arbeitest strukturiert, proaktiv und hands-on und behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten den Überblick. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit Kund:innen, interdisziplinären Teams und externen Partner:innen zusammen.

DEINE MISSION.

  • Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Kundenprojekten und Kampagnen.
  • Führung der täglichen Kundenkommunikation und Sicherstellung einer exzellenten Kundenbetreuung.
  • Steuerung integrierter Kampagnen von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams sowie externer Partner:innen und Dienstleister:innen.
  • Unterstützung bei Budgetplanung, Timings und Projektsteuerung.
  • Identifikation von Potenzialen zur Weiterentwicklung und zum Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen.

WAS DU MITBRINGST.

  • 4–6 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Kreativ-, Kommunikations- oder Designagentur.
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung und Steuerung integrierter Kampagnen.
  • Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement- und Organisationsfähigkeiten.
  • Souveränes Auftreten sowie starke Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und hands-on Arbeitsweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
  • Interesse an Marken, Kultur und Trends in den Bereichen Lifestyle, Fashion, Design und Automotive.
