Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gästebetreuung: Herzlicher Empfang und persönliche Betreuung unserer Gäste (insb. VIPs) während des gesamten Aufenthalts.
  • Concierge-Service: Individuelle Beratung zu München (Gastronomie, Kultur, Shopping) sowie Organisation maßgeschneiderter Erlebnisse und Reservierungen.
  • VIP-Management: Koordination von VIP-Aufenthalten unter Berücksichtigung individueller Präferenzen.
  • Operative Schnittstelle: Aktive Kommunikation und enger Austausch mit allen operativen Abteilungen (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B etc.) zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe.
  • Qualitätsmanagement: Professionelle Bearbeitung von Gästefeedback, Beschwerden und kurzfristigen Anfragen.
  • Administrative Aufgaben: Pflege von Gästeprofilen in Opera Cloud, Erstellung von Reports und VIP-Listen.
  • Präsentation & Standards: Sicherstellung eines einladenden Guest-Service-Bereichs sowie professionelle Kommunikation (persönlich, telefonisch, digital).
  • Engagement: Mitgestaltung einer außergewöhnlichen Guest Experience („My Moments“), Teilnahme an Meetings sowie Unterstützung bei Projekten und Veranstaltungen.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Tourismus und relevante Berufserfahrung (Guest Service, Front Office, o.ä.).
  • Herzliche, kommunikationsstarke Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten und großem Einfühlungsvermögen.
  • Selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und proaktiv; auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen belastbar und flexibel.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Opera Cloud wünschenswert, sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office
  • fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • gepflegtes, professionelles Erscheinungsbild sowie Bereitschaft zum Schichtdienst
